Privacy policy

This policy explains what MagicTakes collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Your email address, and your name and picture if you sign in with Google.
• The photos you upload and the takes we make from them.
• Your credit balance, purchases and the record of each take.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser, used for security and to prevent abuse.

How your photos are used

Your photos are private. They are stored in our storage on Cloudflare and are sent to our AI model provider (fal.ai) only to make the take you asked for, through links that expire after an hour. We do not use your photos or takes to train AI models, and we do not sell them.

How long we keep things

• Uploaded photos and intermediate images: deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Takes: kept while your account is open. You can delete any take from your library at any time.
• Purchase records: kept as long as tax law requires.

Who processes data for us

• Cloudflare: hosting, storage and security.
• fal.ai: generating takes from your photos.
• Waffo Pancake: payments.
• Resend: sending sign-in emails.
• Google: sign-in, if you choose it.

Your choices

You can download or delete your takes from your library. To get a copy of your data or delete your account and everything in it, email magictakes@sudoai.net. We answer within 30 days.

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
