Acceptable use

MagicTakes is for fun, harmless videos. To keep it that way, these are not allowed:

• Photos of other people without their permission.
• Any photo that shows a child.
• Nudity or sexual content of any kind.
• Making someone appear to say or do something they did not, to mislead, harass or defame.
• Public figures, celebrities or politicians.
• Violence, hate, or content that encourages harm.
• Photos or characters you do not have the rights to.
• Trying to get around our checks, for example with repeated accounts or automated requests.

We check uploads automatically and may block a photo or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Credits spent on blocked content are not refunded.
